Content Removal Australia publishes from Melbourne, Australia. This statement covers the public website at contentremoval.com.au. It is written to the Australian Privacy Principles so far as they apply to a small editorial desk.

What we collect

If you use the contact form we receive your name, email address, chosen topic and message. Those fields are posted to our server at /api/contact and delivered to support@worldwidebacklinks.com. We do not ask for identity documents, copies of the harmful URL’s contents, or payment details.

The site logs ordinary hosting metadata (IP address, user agent, requested path) for security and uptime. We do not run an advertising pixel and we do not sell mailing lists.

Why we collect it

Correspondence is used to answer the enquiry, to correct the journal, or to discuss a guest pitch. We do not use contact submissions for marketing. Do not send us other people’s sensitive information; we will ask you to redact and resend.

Retention and access

Editorial email is kept only as long as the thread is live, then archived or deleted in the ordinary course. You can ask for access or deletion by writing to support@worldwidebacklinks.com from the same address you used. We will not publish correspondence without consent, except where a legal duty requires it.

Overseas processing

Hosting and mail delivery may pass through processors outside Australia. We choose vendors that will delete on request. If that is unacceptable for a particular message, write in general terms and do not attach evidence.

Questions about this statement can go through contact. The reporting ethics sit in the editorial standards.
